End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Introduction

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "You") and Daniel Cortez ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of the mobile application SwitLes AI ("Application").

2. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use SwitLes AI on a compatible mobile device for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Application
Rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or redistribute the Application or any part of it
Use the Application in any unlawful manner or in violation of any applicable law
Scrape, copy, or harvest data from the Application or its content
Bypass or attempt to bypass any security or access restrictions built into the Application

4. Ownership

SwitLes AI and all intellectual property rights therein are and shall remain the exclusive property of Daniel Cortez. This license does not convey to you any rights of ownership or interest in the Application.

5. No Medical Advice

The Application provides general health and lifestyle tips. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional with any questions regarding your health. You use the app at your own risk.

6. Updates and Modifications

We may update or modify the Application at any time without notice. These updates may include bug fixes, feature enhancements, or entirely new versions. Continued use of the Application after an update constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and revoke your access to the Application at any time if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies of the Application from your device.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Application will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. Your use of the Application is at your sole risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daniel Cortez shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use or inability to use the Application.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
